Weekly Health CLassES
Doctor translated in Green means teacher. Unfortunately most healthcare doctors are no longer teaching. We aim to provide our patients with more than just care at their appointments. Our weekly health classes are designed to help people get well, stay well, become less dependent on the healthcare system, and make more informed healthcare choices. Knowledge truly is power! Our weekly topic changes and can be found in the workshop book at the front desk or by texting our office and asking. There isn't a health topic off limits as we cover everything from diet to stroke to stress to sleeping to exercising and everything in-between. We hope you will join us!
