We take pride in making sure patients are heard and understood. Before any cost in incurred, we want to make sure we (and you) know there is a high probability we can help you. Therefore the initial screening is done at our expense. There are no surprise fees or expenses here.
Patient intake questionnaires are necessary, but rest assured, our intake shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill out your new patient paperwork.
If we can help you and you choose to be helped, our first work together will most likely be a thorough new patient exam. These usually take about an hour.
